Production

In this division, due to the adoption of floating body concept in multiple effect evaporator system, the evaporator bodies are cleaned online due to which general cleaning shut down of plant has not been felt necessary. Condensate water from various streams in process are separated as per temperature and the waste heat is reused in process. Water required for cooling and reheating purpose is recycled and reused after cooling in conventional cooling towers. Due to syrup clarification system, we have been able to produce sugar of 50 ICUMSA unit color. Auto sugar weighing and bagging system has helped to bring down the manpower requirement from 100 person to only 8 person with highest accuracy of weightment. Also 95% white bold grain (M1 & M2 Grade) sugar production is successfully achieved.

Godown

The sugar bagged is conveyed to sugar godowns through conveyor belts without any contamination. Sugar bags are stored in godowns in very hygienic condition where there is complete absence of ants, insects, stickiness & moisture, becase of this not even single bag gets damaged.
