Distillery

The Distillery plant having 60 KLPD Rectified Spirit / Extra Neutral Alcohol / Absolute Alcohol Plant.
Hi Ferm. GR- Fermentation with Multi-pressure vacuum Distillation, Integrated Evapotion and Stand Alone Evaporation Technology with Spent wash Concentration and Incineration Unit.
Which will be commissioned and commercial production in November 2020. In This system Conc. Spent wash goes up to 55 to 60 Deg. C. Which is used as Fuel for Incineration Boiler.
The Plant has a capacity to Manufacture 19800 KL Rectified Spirit (R.S.) per annum or 19800 KL Extra Neutral Alcohol (ENA) per annum.
Manufacture 19800 KL Rectified Spirit (R.S.) per annum or 19800 KL Extra Neutral Alcohol (ENA) per annum. Or 18810 KL Absolute Alcohol (Ethanol).
The Absolute Alcohol plant is designed as a Molecular Sieve Technology. In this plant produced ethanol (anhydrous alcohol) is supplied to the OMC as per Government declared rate.
The Distillery Plant will be supplied by S M Project Make Ms. Mojj Engineering Pvt Ltd. Pune.
Our Distillery will be achieving the Zero Liquid Discharge by Incinerating the spent wash with Coal fired 22 TPH With ESP boiler supplied by Bikson make Ms. Thermax Ltd. Pune. and 2.0 MW Turbine will be supplied by Ms. Triveni.
